How exciting! Summer is here and we get more and more inspired by the beauty of this warm season. Finally, we can wear a bikini, shorts and get sunkissed, with 50 SPF on, of course! 🙂
Our first summer recipe is a great breakfast alternative or a pick-me-up during the day to feel good in our skin and in those bikinis. Such a simple recipe including superfoods like our BAOBAB powder and chia seeds. This energy-boosting, brightening smoothie is full of potassium, Vitamin C, and skin loving antioxidants.
- 3 slices of pineapple
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tsp Cardoon Baobab Skin nourishing superfood powder (8-10g)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 scoops of collagen powder (20g)
- 100ml plant-based milk
- add water to taste
Simply mix all ingredients in a blender and add filtered water if needed until you reach the consistency you like.
