Return & Exchange Policy


On items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original packaging.
Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in regardless of fluctuations in the exchange rate.
Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items you sent back. However, duties will not be refunded.
For sanitary reasons, all face and body tools, including gua sha tools, face rollers, cups, brushes, bottles, pill cases, towels are non-refundable product items.
Used or opened items cannot be returned and refunded.
For purchases made in conjunction with bundles and gifts cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

To return an item, please email [email protected] with your order number to initiate a return. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is authorized, please arrange the return for yourself. A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items undamaged.

Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less the return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for a refund. Please note that we do not accept returns of any personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description unless they are faulty. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page. Returns are not allowed on any reseller purchases.

Damaged item on delivery

As a condition considering any refund for a damaged product the customer must take a photo of the damaged package, in front of the courier, and note the damaged package on the courier receipt of the delivered package. Note to attach the photos along with the photos of the damaged product and order number.

If your product is defective, let us know within 24 hours upon arrival of the defective product by taking a photo and emailing us at [email protected] along with your order number. We’ll examine our responsibility and send you a replacement.  We do not accept refunds on damaged items. We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error. Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly.
