If you are looking for breakfast inspirations, what about a matcha porridge with chia seeds, berries and cashews while your facial mask is working wonders on your face in the morning?

 

Ingredients:

  • 3⁄4 of the banana used for the mask, mashed
  • 50g fine oats
  • 200ml plant-based milk (add more water if needed)
  • 1⁄2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1⁄2 tbsp matcha powder (or cocoa powder)
  • little honey to taste
  • handful of berries and cashews

Method:

Cook the oat, milk, banana, and chia in a pot for a few minutes, until creamy. Add matcha powder (or cocoa powder) then serve it in a bowl topped with your favorite berries and cashew nut. Add a little bit of honey on top to your liking.
