Ingredients:

  • 350g organic jumbo oats 
  • 50g walnuts, chopped
  • 50g cashews, chopped
  • 4 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • maple syrup 
  • honey

Method:

Just simply follow our video above. 

Preheat the oven to 175 °C (347 °F).

Toss all the ingredients on a large baking sheet. Use 4-6 tablespoon of maple syrup and pour over a bit of honey to taste. 

Bake it for 20-25 minutes, but make sure you keep an eye on it and stir it every 5 minutes. Do not over roast. The granola should be golden brown and crispy.

After you’ve removed it from the oven, drizzle the whole layer with honey and let it cool down. It’s time to stir it one more time. You will see the roasted ingredients will form chunks that will give it a fantastic texture.
